Travel Route

 Day 0: Delhi to Shimla by Volvo Bus (370 km/ 7-8 hours drive)

You will board the overnight bus from Delhi to Shimla at Majnu ka Tila. Reach pickup point Majnu ka Tila at 8.30 PM and reach Shimla at 6.00 AM after an overnight journey by bus. You will travel by AC Deluxe Volvo Bus from Delhi to Shimla.

 Day 1: Shimla Arrival & check-in + Shimla Sightseeing (Viceregal Lodge – Army Museum – Jakhu Temple – Mall Road)

After you arrive at Shimla Volvo Bus Stand, we will pick you up and drive by car to the pre-booked hotel in Shimla. After you check-in at the hotel, we will go for a sightseeing tour of Shimla. We have included some very famous tourist attractions in Shimla in this day’s Shimla tour itinerary.

• Viceregal Lodge:Very famous building in Shimla. This building is also known as Rashtrapati Niwas. Famous presidents of India have stayed here in the past. You will be amazed by the outer architecture of Viceregal Lodge. You can view the landscaped lawns, and greenhouse here.
• Army Heritage Museum:It is a museum dedicated to war heroes and different wars. You can view exhibits here such as war photographs, army flags, arms and weapons, AK-47 rifles, army uniforms, etc. The museum is closed on Mondays.
• Jakhu Temple:This is a very famous and ancient temple in Shimla. The temple deity of the Jakhu Temple is Lord Hanuman. You can view fantastic landscapes of hills and valleys from Jakhu Temple. Also, the idol of Lord Hanuman is considered to be the tallest in the world.
• Mall Road:This is a very famous shopping destination in Shimla. There are shops, stores, book shops, gift shops, handicraft shops, restaurants, cafes.
• Christ Church:This is an old British-era church in Shimla. Christ Church in Shimla is the second-oldest church in the whole of North India. You will love the gothic architecture and stained-glass windows of Christ Church.
• Lakkar Bazaar:Many shops sell wooden toys here. You can also buy some local jewelry, key chains, and local handicraft items.
• Scandal Point:This is a famous viewpoint in Shimla, which offers scenic views of the green hills and mountains of the Himalayas.
• The Ridge:It is a huge open space in Shimla, where most tourists come for a walk and to view the natural beauty of Shimla. Major tourist landmarks in Shimla are located very close to the Ridge.

 Day 2: Sightseeing in Shimla (Green Valley – Kufri Adventure Park – Fagu Valley – Mall Road)

Today is going to be an exciting day in the Charming Shimla Volvo Package. After breakfast, we will visit the small hill station of Kufri near Shimla. We have included the following places in this day’s Shimla tour itinerary.

• Green Valley: This is a viewpoint from where you can view dense forests, valleys, and hills of Shimla. The viewpoint comes on the route from Shimla to Kufri. You can spend a few minutes at the viewpoint and admire the beautiful views and take selfies and photographs.


• Kufri Adventure Park:Here you can visit with your children and have total fun and enjoyment. You can go for different amusement rides here like Burma Bridge, Sky Swinger, Bungy Ejection, Zipline, etc. on a direct payment basis. If you are visiting this place during winter, then you can enjoy snow skiing and enjoy snowfall.
• Fagu Valley:: This is a small hamlet near Shimla which is famous for its snow-covered views, apple orchards, pine, and oak forests.

 Day 3: Shimla to Mashobra + Mashobra to Naldehra via Carignano Nature Park + Return to Delhi by A/C Volvo Bus (500 km/ 7-8 hours)

• Naldehra:Another famous hill station near Shimla is Naldehra. It is famous for its golf course, temples, scenic mountain peaks, and forests.
• Carignano Nature Park:This nature park is named after the Italian countess Carignano lived here during her summer holidays. You can view beautiful flowers, a small bungalow, roses, and pine forests here.
